Throwing: Skillful hands mold clay on the pottery wheel.
Air Dry: Carefully air-dried, essential for preventing any imperfections during firing.
Bisque Fire: Residual moisture is removed, strengthening the ceramics.
Glazing and Hand Painting: Claudia and Fernanda personally add the finishing touches.
Glaze Fire: High temperatures in the kiln crystallize the glazes, forming a durable, food-safe finish. From start to finish, our process typically spans 4 to 5 weeks.

1. What makes your ceramic pieces unique?

Our ceramics are handcrafted in small batches and made to order, ensuring each piece is unique. We use natural elements in our glazes, which means variations in color and texture are to be expected and embraced as part of the piece's individual character.

2. How long does it take to receive my order?

As each item is made to order, please allow 4-5 weeks for production and shipping. We appreciate your patience and promise it will be worth the wait!

3. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally. However, international customers need to contact us for a shipping quote. Please note that international shipments may be subject to duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

4. What are your shipping rates for the USA?

We offer a flat rate shipping fee for all orders within the USA. This rate covers standard shipping with UPS or USPS.

Due to the delicate nature of ceramics and the personalized colors of each made-to-order product, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive safely. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.

While each of our products is personalized in color, we currently do not offer customization on individual orders beyond that. However, we do offer a variety of pieces that can be mixed and matched to create your own unique collection.
